Anatomy of Everything is a personal project that I want to share with the world. It's an exploration into the details of familiar objects and beings. It can be easy to ignore them, but I find that we respect and find dignity in things we understand. Think of the first time you did something like change your bike tire-- how you held the pieces in your hands and reassembled them. And you felt greater ownership of and more connection to your bike. In that spirit, this project is an opportunity for me – and hopefully others – to learn more about the objects and beings in our lives through the medium of anatomical illustration so that we can find more connection and a greater sense of dignity in them.
